The types of Internet service offered include DSL/FTTN and cable Internet. Cable Internet service comes in download speeds of 15 to 120 Mbps. DSL/FTTN Internet comes in download speeds of 10 to 50 Mbps. Users are even encouraged to use any existing equipment they already have. The companys Internet plans all include unlimited data access. There is never throttling of speeds. HeroNet has no contracts for service. Cancellation fees are not charged.
